To rent this for 2-4 people as a 2 +2 unit pricing in general usually runs $395 per night during the week and $495 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, plus the required 12% city and occupancy tax and one $195 cleaning fee for up to a 10 day stay. For longer stays we do require a once-per-week maid service to go in and clean for you, so that would be $195 per week of your stay.
If you need an additional 3rd bedroom and bathroom to accommodate up to 6 people then there is an additional $100 fee added on per night.
NOTE: On holiday, event or festival weeks the prices climb up to $695 - $995 per night, depending on which holiday, event or festival your trip falls on.
Prices do drop down to “off-season” rates between June and September each year, which are usually $295 - $395 per night.
